I've always been curious, creative, and a little unconventional. I love photography, vintage pieces with history, science fiction, cooking Ukrainian food, baking bread, botanical gardens, mountains, beaches, and discovering places and experiences that make life feel meaningful.
Whether it's photography, movement, wellness, or something completely new, I rarely learn something just to follow it exactly as I was taught. I like understanding the foundation and then finding my own way.
That's exactly what happened with yoga.
Finding My Own Movement
Movement has always grounded me. When I'm feeling down or disconnected from myself, it reminds me of my strength and what my body is capable of.
As my practice developed, I began creating my own combinations of yoga and calisthenics — connecting strength, stretching, balance, mobility, endurance, and body control through continuous full-body movements.
Eventually, that became Yoga Calisthenics.
My own transformation required discipline and consistency. In 90 days, I lost 20 kg, became physically stronger, developed greater endurance, and learned movements I once couldn't imagine myself doing.
But what I'm proudest of isn't simply the weight I lost.
It's the strength I discovered in myself along the way.
I went from learning and practicing these movements for myself to becoming an instructor capable of sharing them with others. That journey showed me what can happen when we challenge the limits we've placed on ourselves.
More Than Fitness
My curiosity extends far beyond one style of movement. I continue to expand my education in yoga, calisthenics, AcroYoga, Thai bodywork, Reiki, Ayurvedic health, spirituality, and other practices that help me better understand the connection between the body and mind.
For me, learning is part of personal and spiritual growth. I want to keep exploring, creating, traveling, developing new skills, and finding the things that bring genuine enjoyment and fulfillment to life.
I'm also incredibly fortunate to have a husband, family, and friends who support that curiosity and encourage me to keep growing while always allowing me to be myself.
Having people in my corner who believe in me, celebrate my growth, and remind me of my strength has taught me how powerful genuine support can be.
That's the same feeling I want to give others.
I want to create a community where women and men feel comfortable showing up exactly where they are — especially those who may feel alone, uncertain, or simply haven't discovered what they're capable of yet.
A place where we can move, stretch, become stronger, laugh, challenge ourselves, and probably share a little sarcasm along the way.
I believe in independence, freedom, compassion, spirituality, and above all, love. I believe you can be strong without losing your softness, independent while still allowing yourself to be supported, and ambitious while remaining compassionate toward the people, animals, and world around you.
My goal isn't simply to teach women and men how to move. It's to create a space where people feel supported enough to discover just how strong they can become.
